Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking details.
Note: During peak holiday seasons or high-volume sales events, processing may take an additional 2–3 business days. If there is a significant delay, our team will contact you via email.
Transport Cost
All shipping costs is included in the product price unless specified when the product is checked out.
Customs Duty & Customs VAT
All customs duty and customs VAT is included in the listed product price unles specified at check out. Any customs duty and customs VAT, including levies and surcharges, can be billed as an additional item. This can include if there are any changes to legislation or if there are unforeseen changes after the product was purchased.

Order fulfilment is done by a contracted third party. Store collection is possible if specified in the check out page.
